Camp Parent Notes 2026
Important information to remember:
• Cost $300
• Applications due May 10
• After May 10 you will be added to a waitlist & a $50 late fee will be added to cost.
• Bus transportation available $30 (round trip) or $15 (one way).
• To complete the application, you will want to have medical history and insurance information handy.
• After completing the online registration, email a picture of your child to julief@harpethhills.org.
• If the camp fee is a stretch for your family, please let us know as scholarships are available.
