Tiffany is a speaker, author, and CEO of Bright Eye Coaching and Consulting, blending her leadership expertise with her passion for ministry. Together, they are dedicated to empowering others to discover and live out their God-given purpose. Proud parents of Janaya and Jerome Jr., they see their family as their first ministry and greatest joy.
