It’s difficult to talk over the sound of the circular saw. It’s tough to communicate when you are banging a hammer. Sometimes the work needs to stop so that we can get on the same page again. We need someone to remind us again of the larger picture, the end goal, the reason we are doing all of this. When it comes to the work we are doing together communication is key…even when we don’t really know what question to even ask.
