Helen Riley, MMFT

Helen earned her Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca University in 2015. She is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Tennessee. She has an attachment based focus, she is trained in EMDR for trauma related issues, and uses EFT principles with couples.

Helen works with adults and older teens struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma around relationships, life transitions and family of origin issues. Helen worships at West End Community Church and enjoys visiting other church communities.
