Roman Ottinger, M.S., LPC/MHSP (temp.)
Roman has lived in Middle Tennessee for most of his life, and graduated from Lipscomb University with his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023, where he now also teaches a few undergraduate psychology courses. Roman works with a wide variety of clients through a rational emotive behavioral approach while also incorporating aspects of person centered and acceptance and commitment therapy. Roman sees each individual as an expert on themselves and hopes to help clients find their own beliefs and solutions to issues in their lives, while helping them to grow and challenge themselves in multiple areas of life. Roman is passionate about ensuring that the therapy space is safe and judgement free, so that anyone who enters into it can share about their lives and troubles feeling heard, understood, and accepted.
