Redefining Trauma: Finding Hope A Wellness 66 Seminar Join us on Friday, April 21 as Wellness 66 explores the topic of trauma. During this day-long seminar, keynote speakers will discuss redefining what trauma looks like in our society today, the effects traumatic events can have on the whole person, physically, mentally, and spiritually, as well as the most up-to-date and researched practices and community resources available to help individuals effectively cope with these all too common difficult life experiences.
